2015-06-02 - AC Liberation HD - Shipmaster

As I only had limited time to play today in the morning, I went for a really easy one.

I was ready for the Shipmaster achievement already some time ago - but I kept my fleet size on 7 ships on purpose just for days like today when I don't have much time to play. So today I launched the console, went to my naval map, bought the 8th ship and got the achievement in less than 3 minutes. :)

My suggestions on getting this achievement:

• start building your fleet early (you can do this with any ships, but I decided to do it slowly and only bought the biggest ships available).
• do not spend your money in the beginning on watches and outfits, use it primarily to buy more ships so you can make more money and more profit. If you think you have enough money, go for the weapons & pouches so you can carry more "ammo".
• check your fleet progress on regular basis, maybe even after every mission (sidemission).

NB: The fleet is only travelling when you are playing the game - so if you send your fleet out and close your console few minutes after that, the fleet has not arrived when you log back in much later time (in some other AC series games fleet will travel when you sleep or are playing some other game).

2015-06-01 - AC Liberation HD - Complete Avelines Story

Had some fun today and completed the main story in the game AC Liberation HD. No tricks to get this achievement - just follow the story and you get it eventually.

2014-09-07 - Temple Run 2

Tried out new game today on the Windows Phone - Temple Run 2. Got 3 achievements during my first run. Super easy achievements. :) I am sure it will be more difficult in the future.

2014-09-07 - Ice Age Village - Om Nom Nom

Today I got one of the grinding achievements done - only 3 more to go to get 100% completion.

I hate them because you need a lot of acorns to unlock them and they are hard to come by unless you buy them from inside the game. You can win them from the daily "raffle" and luckily you can speed things up if you keep changing the date in your phone +1 day and doing the "rinse and repeat" over and over and over again.

 

 

2014-08-28 - Defeated the barbarian general

Mostly played World of Tanks today, as it has the "free premium accounts" long weekend event going on, but got no achievements there.

Got one easy achievement in this Windows Phone game. It just took couple of battles and few lost units and got the 10G achievement in no time.

 

 

2014-08-10 - World of Tanks - 2 achievements

Got 2 achievements today in this fun Tank killing game.

The first one was bound to happen sooner or later - "Got Lucky!" - kill someone when your tank is immobile. The immobility happens often as you take hits from left or right. Just happened to kill someone while my tank was not able to move.

The second achievement "Sniper" was also relatively easy for me as my gaming style is usually being the spotter who rushes ahead and then relays enemy positions to teammates or a sniper who tries to kill enemies from a distance and avoid taking damage.
